Feelin' Pretty good so far today! 9.4.12

Welp, today is back to work! Something I definitely do not like doing after such a nice long weekend with my hubby! However, since the bills do not pay themselves...I suppose I shall suck it up and get over it!

Also, I totally have to get back in the swing of drinking more water than anything else! My goal today is to drink 5 of my 24 ounce tumbler cup while I'm at work! Challenge on!

Breakfast this morning:
Fruit, Granola and Yogurt Bowl with a mug of coffee (1 tbsp of sugar free french vanilla creamer and 2 splenda) total of 233 calories!

Snack at 10am:
chocolate fudge brownie kids clif bar (130 calories)

Lunch:
Turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread
harvest cheddar sun chips
string cheese (light of course)
dessert: 7 life saver Gummies

Also! I have had 2 of my five waters! Also quite proud of myself for the simple fact that I just resisted the urge to go to Starbucks and get a pumpkin spice latte :-)


Snack at 3:45
Apple

Dinner:
Grilled chicken (left over from cookout yesterday)
Broccoli
brown rice?
